Why I want to start a blog!

Hey! Let me introduce myself… again. My name is Ana. I am a 23 years old girl living in Norway. I was born in the early 2000s, so I saw a lot of blogs growing up. Both on TV shows, and online. A lot of the people me and my friends grow up watching, were bloggers. I really wanted to be one of them. But I was scared. Scared about other people knowing who I was. I have as long as I can remember been scared of getting perceived by others.

I think it is because I was bullied from 1. to 6. grade, for been half black. That’s just part of growing up in Norway, if you don’t live in a big city like Oslo. I genuinely think it stayed with me through my teen years. I was les confident. I more desperate to fit in. Now at 23 I am doing a lot better, and I am slowly building my confidence back up again.

This I why I want to start this blog. I want to build a platform that’s mine, something to reflect me. Where I can be unapologetically myself. A platform where I can be confident. And I also want to help others, that might be feeling the same way as me. So, they know they are not alone. I want to build a community of people that help each other. Become better, more confident, and LEVEL UP are life’s!!
